The MULTIPROBE ARUPS is tailored for synchrotron and laboratory environments.
The lower level accommodates the angle-resolved electron spectrometer ( AR 65 or SHA 50
with optional electron spin polarization detector), and the upper level is used for complementary analysis by angle-integrated techniques with laboratory excitation sources, LEED and SPM.
The MULTIPROBE ARUPS offers state-of-the-art magnetic shielding as well as sample transfer facilities and high-precision sample manipulation.
